I know myself and I know the Holidays and I know just HOW MUCH FOOD THAT I WILL EAT over the next month.
Well, technically, it all started with Thanksgiving where I ate a lot that night and continued for the next few days so that I could finish the Turkey. Don’t get me wrong though–I am not a cow. I would be if I would not obsess about this issue.
I go to the gym now but it is too far away. I read an Internet article called Wii Fit: Cancel The Gym Membership and started getting new ideas about my fitness. I am not using the gym like I should so I am considering a change and Wii Fit sounds like a good idea.
The advantages are as follows:
No gym membership…only a one time game fee.
No going to the gym. Wii Fit is at my house.
No trainer fees…Wii Fit provides its own trainer.
No calorie calculation…Wii Fit tells you all this.
It’s no wonder that this Wii game is consistently in the Wii Top Ten. It is such a good idea. The only challenge will be motivation because I will not be “going to the gym”. It will be right there in my house. However, in the end, I think that this will be motivate me even more.
I’ll report back on my Wii Fit experience. If you don’t hear from me, it means that I ate too much over the Holidays and can no longer move
