This week I am making contrarian picks for the NFL conference championship games. I am going against my heart…and I am a girl so I am entitled to do this.
Before we all sit down to watch the Superbowl online, there are still 4 teams left and that number needs to dwindle down to 2.
I want the Packers to win and I want the Steelers to win. However, I am picking their opponent in each contest.
Why?
The Jets are mute this week. Unlike last week, they are remaining silent. This scares me and should scare the Steelers. Plus, with Big Ben not partying like a rock star, I am not sure he has nerves of steel anymore, but I hope that I am wrong. Prove me wrong Big Ben!
I pick the Jets 27-20 though I want the Steelers.
Now, I differ from my boy John who wrote in My Superbowl Picks! that he is going with the Steelers and the Packers. Of course, everyone is going with them. But, as I said, I am going contrarian.
I predict the Bears will stop the might Packers and it will be a low-scoring game. My pick: Bears 17, Packers 14.
Again, I hope this does not happen, but these are my NFC Conference championship picks.
